I was always the go-to person for anything related to IT, websites, or even Tech related Consultancy. But the pandemic changed everything. I found myself stranded in the Philippines, where I shifted gears and started my own Airbnb and restobar business.
One of the biggest lessons I learned during that time was the importance of staying hands-on. I made the mistake of handing operations over to my Singapore team, only to realize that while you can pass on a business, you can’t pass on passion.
